You don't need a new website every two years. You do need one that still works on a phone, still loads fast, and still tells the truth about your business.
1. It's hard to use on a phone
Pinching and zooming means most of your visitors are gone.
2. It loads slowly
Every extra second of load time quietly removes customers, especially on rural connections.
3. The information is out of date
Wrong hours, old services or a disconnected number does more damage than no site at all.
4. Nobody can find it in search
If searching your service plus your town doesn't surface you, the site isn't doing its main job.
5. You can't tell if it's working
No tracking means no idea which pages, channels or campaigns produce calls.
